A bleak inconvenience

Its bad enough that I have to visit places that are currently in single digit temperatures, it sucks but i deal. The beauty of it is that when its time to go home I know I'm headed to warmer climates, so i think....

Awesome! So much for warmer climates.

Home away from Home

Another trip to the big city, this time for some good clean fun. D and I were in serious need of a holiday one that called for cold brisk air, historic watering holes, old fashion wandering, and a fancy Irish wedding to top it off. A friend from high school was getting married and it couldn't have come at better time.

Throwing back with old friends, good times and inappropriate moments call to mind. Introducing D to my past was quite pleasant, seems as though I've changed depending who you ask.

The rest of the weekend was spent roaming around, looking for those intriguing yet questionable objects that could raise ones brow.

Of course, its always a pleasure watching D spend that hard earned dollar in the fashion capitol of the world.

A walk by abuala's place and through the neighborhood always does me right. I constantly come across the goodness in all its photographical glory.

No NY trip is complete though without catching a buzz at burp castle. Some of Belgium's finest ales can only be found here but apparently I'm the only one who seems to think so.

A trip to nyc, few hundred bucks. A trip to nyc with "fancy pants" by your side, absolutely priceless.

Miss me yet?

Something tells me you do so I'm back!

Where do I begin? For starters, I know I said I was switching platforms and in doing so, I got to thinking. You and I have built up such lovely dialog over the past few years here, if I were to discontinue that now, I would be doing a great dis-service to us both. That being said, the documentation of my travels, breakthroughs, and life ambitions will remain here. I do however plan on moving forward with a new site although it will solely be for my professional side of things.

As for everything else, tangled to say the least.

Work has been alright i guess. Just got back from NY, did some stuff with the KOL crew at the garden. I've gotten to know these guys over the past few years and they're all really cool people. I can't say my liver would agree with that though.

The rest of the trip went well, I took Maxxyz out, saw some programmers, saw some dealers, same old same old. I finished up early on my last day with just enough time to snap some photos. Its been a while since I've taken any photographs so I was quite anxious to hit up the park. I don't know how it is for you but, Fall in nyc is like stepping into a Woody Allen film of some sort.

Certainly beats winter, though they can keep that shit. I caught a buzz and continued to roam the town for the rest of the evening.

Fine visit indeed.
