In the Clouds

Out of reach seems to be the latest definition for me these days, yet I'm not complaining. I hit up 5 states in 5 days and went through 526 songs throughout the trip.

The good part about traveling to the NE is taking in all the scenery, the bad part is taking in the massive amounts of pollen in the air leaving me sneezing left and right.

After finishing what needed to be done i spent the better part of my days shooting obscure objects and waiting for one of these guys to show up.

Negative on the crossing

I always enjoy going up to the NE and getting out of this flat state for a bit, but nothing beats seeing home from above.

Welcome to the Marshland

Picking up where i left off. If you are ever in South FL, take a trip to the Everglades, you will in no way be disappointed. I'm fortunate enough to live less than an hour away from this arresting domain and like to wander through any chance i get. Their is something about the feeling you get when you are miles away from civilization, in the middle of nowhere, and if not careful can seriously be in a shitty situation. Their is no room for error out there when hanging with these fuckers.

The photos really speak for themselves in what to expect when you're out there in the wild. The always great Marcel Lecours accompanied me on this adventure, he's very much the outdoors man if not more so than I am. The Glades is not really a place to venture out in when you're on your own.

We did a little freshwater fishing, toured the vast open terrain, and took a drive out to Chokoloskee. There is so much history there, i leave it to you to do your own research. Chokoloskee is one of if not, the first settlement in South FL, enough said about that.

Welcome to the Smallwood's Store

We headed back for a little more fishing, gator wrestling, and trail riding. It was the first time I got to get the Gray Dragon full of mud and use it for what it was built for. Good times.

Excuse me while I kiss the sky.

It was a stellar day, no noise, no pollution, no assholes running you off the road flipping you off as they pass by, not a care in the world. Again, go visit the FL Everglades any chance you get. Just don't park in Pastor Dantin's spot.
