It seems as though things have been going fairly well for a change. In the past month Ive managed to check out a high voltage rock band, give some successful presentations, take a weekend getaway, and explore the always great FL Everglades.
I did an open house in NYC which was lovely. Showed off new releases and presented a few prototypes. It turned out to be quite colorful.
D and I took a little weekend getaway to the magical, mystical and all alluring, Marco Island. We hit the beach up, read, and ate fish, as you do in Marco.

It was a pleasant little adventure, one to put in the "one to remember" file. Marco Island is the largest of the 10 thousand islands and the drive to and from is quite picturesque. Since I had the woman with me, she didn't really fancy stopping a hundred times to take in the scenery. So I got to thinking...
